Main
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin, trimmed
- 4 green peppers, chopped
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 a pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- a dash of black pepper
步驟
Remove the stems and seeds from the green peppers, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chicken with the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and let it marinate for 5–10 minutes.
Add potato starch to the chicken and mix until evenly coated.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the green peppers and stir-fry until they soften.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mayonnaise, black pepper) and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
