- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken breast, sliced
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g bok choy, chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
步驟

Cut bok choy into 6 pieces, separating leaves and stems. Slice carrot thinly.

Slice chicken breast into 1cm pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.

Heat salad oil in a pan, add chicken and garlic paste, and stir-fry until chicken changes color.

Add bok choy stems and carrot, stir-fry until softened. Add bok choy leaves and stir briefly.

Add sake, sugar, miso, and doubanjiang, and mix well. Serve over rice.
