Main Ingredients
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
- 🌭 1/2 pink sausage
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- A small amount of cooking oil
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A small amount of black sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare all the ingredients.
Crack the eggs, remove the chalaza, add a pinch of salt, and beat well.
Slice the zucchini and sausage into similar thickness.
Use a mold to cut the zucchini and sausage into flower shapes.
Insert the sausage flower shape into the center of the zucchini slice and vice versa.
Sprinkle cornstarch lightly on one side of the assembled pieces.
Dip the pieces into the beaten egg mixture.
Heat a pan, add cooking oil, and fry the pieces on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
