- 🍝 100g spaghetti

- 🌭 3 sausages

- 🥬 2 asparagus spears
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Slice the sausages diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Trim the asparagus, peel the tough parts, and slice diagonally into 1cm pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (2 tsp, not listed in ingredients), and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add chili flakes and sausages, and sauté. Then add asparagus and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti and reserved pasta water to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well to combine.
