步驟
Remove bones from mackerel, cut into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, let sit for 5 minutes, pat dry, and coat with flour.
Prepare the vegetables: remove seeds and pith from bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces, and grate the daikon, squeezing out excess water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook mackerel on both sides until done. Add cherry tomatoes, grated daikon, and ponzu sauce, stir briefly, then add bell peppers and simmer until combined.
