- 1 head chicory

- 1 tsp soy sauce

Separate chicory leaves and cut them into 2cm-wide pieces.

Season scallops with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add scallops, and cook until the surface is golden brown. Remove scallops from the pan.

Add chicory to the same pan and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add soy sauce and mix quickly.

Plate the chicory and place the scallops on top.
