Vegetables
- 2 turnips, cut into wedges
- Leaves from 2 turnips, chopped
- 1 pack maitake mushrooms, separated
Protein
- 🐟 2 salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin

- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, pepper, and sake, then coat with flour.

Cut turnips into wedges, chop turnip leaves into 3cm lengths, and separate maitake mushrooms.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add salmon, turnips, and maitake mushrooms, and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Add turnip leaves, mirin, and soy sauce, and stir-fry until the leaves are wilted.
