食材
Fish
- 🐟 2 pieces of sawara fish
Noodles
- 40g harusame (spring roll noodles)
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Condiments
- 🍋 Lemon as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Batter
- 🌾 2 tbsp flour
- 💧 2 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the sawara fish into 4 equal pieces. Mix the marinade ingredients (sake, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger) in a bowl and marinate the fish for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Cut the harusame noodles into 1cm pieces using scissors. Mix the flour and water to create a batter. Pat the fish dry and coat it with the batter, then cover with the harusame noodles.
Heat the salad oil to 170°C and deep-fry the coated fish for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve on a plate with lemon slices.
