- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (50g)

- Pinch of sliced red chili

Cut the green onion into 2cm pieces. Slice the king oyster mushroom lengthwise in half, then cut into 2cm pieces. Slice the garlic in half lengthwise.

In a skillet, add garlic, red chili, salt, and olive oil. Heat on low until fragrant.

Add scallops, green onion, and king oyster mushroom. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
