- 🦪 4 boiled scallops
- 🐟 2 slices of cod
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head of Chinese cabbage
- 🥕 1 peeled turnip
- 🥦 1/4 head of broccoli
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🥛 300 ml milk
- 💧 300 ml water

Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut the turnip into chunks. Separate the broccoli into small florets.

Cut the cod into halves and pat dry with kitchen paper. Sprinkle sake over the fish.

Add all soup base ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce to low heat, add all ingredients, and simmer until cooked through.
