- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 1 can scallops (65g)
Mushroom
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Break maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces by hand. Separate scallops from the canned liquid.

In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, scallop liquid, and seasonings. Add water to the 2-cup mark and mix well. Flatten the rice surface.

Place scallops and maitake mushrooms on top of the rice and cook using the regular rice setting.

Once cooked, gently mix the rice and toppings together.
