- 1/2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)

Trim the root of the mizuna and cut into 4cm pieces.

Slice the scallops in half horizontally.

In a bowl, mix yuzu pepper, mentsuyu, and white sesame seeds.

Add scallops to the bowl and mix, then add mizuna and toss together.
