- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion

- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 💧 400 ml water
Seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
步驟

Cut the baby scallops in half. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the green onion thinly.

Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it lightly.

Heat sesame oil in a pot. Add scallops and green onion, sauté until the onion softens. Add water and seasoning ingredients, then bring to a boil.

Add cherry tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour in the beaten egg, stir gently, and turn off the heat.
