- 🍚 2 cups of soaked rice

- 🦪 100g of boiled baby scallops
Vegetable
- 2 pieces of julienned ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
Liquid

- 1 tbsp of sake
- 2 tbsp of mirin
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of Japanese dashi powder

Julienne the ginger into thin strips.

Add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder), and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place scallops and ginger on top evenly.

Cook the rice using the regular rice cooking setting. Once cooked, add chopped green onion and gently mix.
