- 150g ground pork
Seafood
- 1 can (50g) canned scallop
Vegetables
- 🧅 3 green onions, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Seasoning
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- soy sauce, as desired
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Mince the onion and chop the green onions.

In a bowl, mix ground pork, onion, green onions, and seasonings until sticky. Add canned scallop with its juice and mix gently.

Wrap the mixture in shumai wrappers to form 20 pieces.

Place shumai on a parchment-lined microwave-safe dish, add water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.

Serve with soy sauce and mustard as desired.
