- 🦪 80g boiled baby scallops
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
步驟
Cut broccoli into small florets and peel the stem. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes. Drain water. Slice yellow bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add baby scallops, yellow bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry briefly, then add sake, salt, pepper, and butter. Stir-fry quickly to combine.
