- 🦪 120g boiled scallops
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍄 50g king oyster mushroom, chopped
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Soup Base
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 200ml water

Thinly slice the onion. Cut the king oyster mushroom into quarters and then into 2cm pieces.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and king oyster mushroom, and sauté until softened. Add scallops and the soup base ingredients, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 5–10 minutes.

Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
