- 🐟 2 fillets (160g) sea bream
Seafood
- 🦪 150g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 🌱 4 green beans
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
步驟
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the green beans in half.
Place clams in a bowl of water and scrub the shells lightly to clean them.
Place sea bream fillets on a cooking sheet, sprinkle with salt, and add clams, shimeji mushrooms, and green beans. Twist the ends of the sheet tightly.
Drizzle the sauce mixture (sake, mirin, soy sauce) over the ingredients, seal the packet, and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes until the clams open.
