- 🐟 2 fillets of sea bream (160g)
- 🦪 200g clams
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g new onion
- 100g rapeseed flower
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Clean the clams by soaking them in salted water for 30 minutes to remove sand.
Slice the new onion thinly and chop the rapeseed flower into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Place the sea bream fillets in the pan, add clams, onion, and rapeseed flower.
Pour sake over the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and cover the pan with a lid.
Steam for about 10 minutes or until the clams open and the fish is cooked through.
