- 🐟 1 whole sea bream (250g)
- 🦪 120g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 new potatoes (200g)
- 🥦 4 asparagus spears (80g)
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- A pinch of Italian parsley
Condiments
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 150ml water
