Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets (200g) sea bream
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, quartered and thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 100ml heavy cream
- 🥛 100ml milk
Condiments
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟
Season the sea bream fillets with salt and pepper.
Thinly slice the onion and quarter the carrot lengthwise, then slice thinly.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add onion and carrot, and sauté until softened. Push to the side.
Place the sea bream fillets skin-side down in the pan and cook over medium heat until both sides are browned.
Add the cream sauce ingredients (heavy cream, milk, consomme, salt, and pepper), cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
