Fish
- 🐟 200g sea bream fillets
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
步驟
Season both sides of the sea bream fillets with salt and pepper, then coat both sides with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan and place the fillets skin-side down. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden. Flip the fillets, cover again, and cook over low heat for 3 minutes until fully cooked. Transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Simmer over low heat while stirring until the sauce thickens.
Pour the balsamic sauce over the cooked sea bream fillets.
