- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 eggplant (80g), sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili, as needed
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Slice the eggplant into 1cm rounds. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Pat the peeled shrimp dry. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and octopus, cooking over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the shrimp changes color. Add eggplant and simmer briefly until tender.
