- 🐟 160g sea bream fillets (2 pieces)
- 🦐 4 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 🦪 10 clams, pre-soaked
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍷 2 tbsp white wine
Herb Butter Sauce
- 🧈 30g salted butter
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🌿 2 sprigs Italian parsley, chopped
步驟
Remove stems from cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Thinly slice the onion.
Season both sides of the sea bream fillets with salt and pepper. Peel and devein the shrimp, then rinse and pat dry.
Place half of the onion, sea bream, shrimp, clams, and cherry tomatoes on a 50cm cooking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tbsp white wine and fold into a parcel. Repeat for the second portion.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.
In a microwave-safe container, melt butter at 600W for 1 minute. Mix in salt and chopped parsley.
Serve the parcels on plates, cut open the cooking sheets, and drizzle with herb butter sauce.
