- 🦐 150g seafood mix
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, minced
- 🌽 1 can corn
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 🍅 1/2 can tomato
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp consomme
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste

Wash the rice and drain the water. Mince the onion and carrot. Defrost the seafood mix.

In the rice cooker bowl, add the rice, all seasoning ingredients except butter, and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.

Layer the minced onion, carrot, corn, and seafood mix over the rice. Place the butter on top and cook using the regular rice setting.
