- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦐 200g frozen seafood mix
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1/2 clove minced garlic
Oil and Spices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
Seasonings
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 💧 200ml water
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
步驟
Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic.
Defrost the seafood mix and pat dry.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the onion and sauté until softened. Add the seafood mix and stir briefly.
Add canned tomatoes, water, consomme, and salt to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine.
Serve on plates and sprinkle with black pepper.
