- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar

Trim the roots of seri. Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the seri. Transfer to cold water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into 3 cm pieces.

Cut the chikuwa diagonally into slices.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (mustard paste, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar). Combine seri and chikuwa with the seasoning mixture.

Plate the salad and sprinkle katsuobushi on top.
