Batter
- 50g tempura flour for batter
- 💧 80cc water
- Tempura flour for dusting, as needed

- Salad oil for frying, as needed

Cut the seri (Japanese parsley) into bite-sized pieces and dust with tempura flour.

In a bowl, mix tempura flour and water to create a batter. Add the seri and sakura shrimp, and mix until evenly coated.

Heat about 2cm of salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Scoop one ladleful of the mixture into the oil and fry until cooked through and golden brown.
