Trim the roots of the seri. Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, blanch the seri briefly, then cool it in water. Drain and cut into 3–4 cm pieces.

In a bowl, mix the condiments (ponzu sauce, karashi, sesame oil). Add the seri and tuna, then toss to combine.
