- 🥩 2 slices beef sirloin steak (400g)
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Fat
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
步驟
Grate half of the onion and finely chop the other half.
Place beef sirloin steak in a container, season with salt and pepper, and coat with grated onion. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for about 2 hours.
Remove grated onion from the steak and reserve it. Heat butter and salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the steak and cook until browned.
Flip the steak and cook until fully done. Remove and plate the steak.
Wipe excess oil from the pan with a paper towel. Add reserved grated onion, chopped onion, and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, butter) to the pan. Simmer until thickened and pour over the steak.
