- 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 60g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of black pepper
步驟

Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms. Slice the caps thinly and shred the stems.

Cut the bacon into 1cm-wide strips.

In a pot, add shiitake mushrooms, bacon, and the seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, and water). Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add bean sprouts and bring to a boil again. Simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
