步驟

Cut off the stems of shiitake mushrooms and separate the caps and stems. Slice the stems lengthwise and cut the caps into 1cm wide pieces. Chop the cabbage into large bite-sized pieces and roughly chop the ginger.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, stir-frying until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
