Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 100g komatsuna
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 100ml water
步驟
Trim the shiitake mushrooms, separate caps and stems, slice the caps thinly, and cut stems into 2-3 vertical pieces. Trim the roots of komatsuna, separate stems and leaves, and cut each into 3cm pieces.
Mix all ☆ ingredients in a pot, add shiitake mushrooms, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add komatsuna stems and simmer on low heat for 6-7 minutes.
Add komatsuna leaves and sesame oil, mix well, and simmer for 1 minute. Let cool slightly before serving.
