- 150g ground meat mix
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms, minced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Dry Ingredients
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Dairy
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
Oil & Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Toppings
- Grated daikon radish, as needed
- 2 shiso leaves
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
步驟
Mince the shiitake mushrooms and onion.
Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan, add the minced shiitake and onion, and sauté over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until softened. Let cool.
In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk. Add ground meat, sautéed vegetables, salt, and pepper. Mix until sticky and form into two oval-shaped patties.
Clean the frying pan and heat the remaining salad oil (1/2 tbsp). Add the patties and cook over medium heat until browned on one side.
Flip the patties, cook until browned on the other side, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 7 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the patties, top with shiso leaves, grated daikon radish, and drizzle with ponzu sauce.
