- 150g shijimi clams (purged)
Broth
- 1 piece dried kombu
- 💧 400cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a pinch

Place kombu and water in a pot and let it sit for 30 minutes. Heat on low and remove kombu just before boiling.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce to low. Add shijimi clams, sake, and salt. Cook until the clams open.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
