- 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms

- 150ml olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili

Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili slices. Heat over low heat until fragrant, then add the canned mackerel and shimeji mushrooms. Simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
