- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers

- 1 tbsp olive oil

Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice thinly. Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant.

Add shimeji mushrooms and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until the mushrooms soften.

Season with salt and pepper, then mix well before serving.
