Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 40g onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 stalk green onion, finely chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 7 tbsp water
- a dash of sesame oil
- a dash of pepper
步驟

Cut 1/2 block of tofu into desired thickness.

Finely chop 40g onion and 1/4 stalk green onion.

Mix minced garlic, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and water to create the sauce.

Pan-fry the tofu in oil until golden brown on both sides.

Layer the fried tofu in a small pot and pour the sauce over it.

Simmer the tofu, occasionally spooning the sauce over it.

Crack an egg on top, cover, and cook briefly until the egg white sets.
