- 5cm daikon with stems
- 1 bell pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4g bonito flakes

Cut the daikon into thin strips and slice the stems into small pieces. Thinly slice the bell pepper.
