- 1 lotus root (100g), thinly sliced
Seafood
- 20g shirasu
Spices
- A pinch of sliced chili

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder

Slice the lotus root thinly and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.

Heat sesame oil and sliced chili in a frying pan over low heat for 1 minute. Add the lotus root and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes until translucent.

Add shirasu and the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder). Stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
