- 20g dried shirasu
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 50g mizuna, cut into 3cm pieces
- 🧅 100g thinly sliced onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Cut mizuna into 3cm pieces and thinly slice the onion.
