- 1 packet (3g) bonito flakes
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)

Sprinkle salt on the okra and rub it against a cutting board.

Boil water in a pot, add the okra, and cook for 1 minute. Drain and cool in water, then remove excess moisture. Cut off the stems and slice into rounds.

In a bowl, combine the sliced okra, dried shirasu, nametake, and the ☆ ingredients. Mix well.
