- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 leaf spring cabbage
Seafood
- 2 tbsp dried shirasu
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
步驟
Tear the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (1 tsp, not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Add the cabbage 1 minute before the spaghetti's cooking time ends. Drain well.
Plate the spaghetti, top with spring cabbage and dried shirasu.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, chicken stock powder, chili flakes) and mix. Pour the hot mixture over the plated pasta.
