- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Seafood
- 30g dried shirasu
Vegetable
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion (green part)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Slice the green onion into small pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add dried shirasu, and stir-fry to remove moisture. Add cooked rice and stir-fry until it becomes fluffy.

Push the rice to one side of the pan, add beaten eggs to the empty space, and stir until semi-cooked. Add green onion and seasonings, then mix everything together.
