食材
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 30g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), diced
- 1 green bell pepper (30g), diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil and Butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
步驟
Dice the onion into 5mm cubes. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds and pith, and dice into 5mm cubes. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add onion and shirasu, and sauté until the onion softens.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy and separates.
Add butter, bell pepper, and seasonings (sake, salt, pepper) to the pan. Stir quickly to combine and serve.
