- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 bag (180g) shirataki noodles
- 🥕 50g carrot, sliced
- 70g mizuna greens
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
