- 🐟 6 shishamo fish
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
Cheese Breadcrumb Mix
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Slice the potato into 5mm slices and soak in water briefly. Drain and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 2 minutes at 600W. Drain excess water.
Mix breadcrumbs, grated cheese, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl to create the cheese breadcrumb mix.
Arrange the potato slices in a heatproof container. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place shishamo fish on top, then cover with the cheese breadcrumb mix. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 8 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
