- 5 shishito peppers
Protein
- 80g firm tofu
Seaweed
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
Liquid
- 400cc water

Remove the stems from the shishito peppers and slice them into 8mm pieces.

Cut the firm tofu into 1.5cm cubes.

In a pot, add water and dashi powder. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add shishito peppers, tofu, and dried wakame, and bring to a gentle boil.

Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso into the soup. Heat again over medium heat until just before boiling, then remove from heat.
