Noodles
- 1 pack (200g) konjac noodles
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp shichimi togarashi
步驟
Boil water in a pot, add konjac noodles, and cook for 1 minute. Drain and let cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the stems of shishito peppers slightly and cut them diagonally in half.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shishito peppers and konjac noodles, stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the seasoning mixture (mirin, soy sauce, shichimi togarashi) and cook until the liquid evaporates. Adjust taste with a pinch of salt.
