Main Ingredients
- 150g konjac
- 10 shishito peppers
- 3.5g bonito flakes
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
步驟

Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces and make small cuts in the shishito peppers.

Boil water in a pot, add the konjac, and boil for about 3 minutes. Drain the water.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add konjac and shishito peppers, and stir-fry.

Add the seasonings (☆) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Mix in bonito flakes before serving.
